 Description:   Long Bien Bridge started construction in 1898 and was completed in 1903. It is an ancient railway bridge in northern Vietnam. The bridge spans the Red River, with a total length of 1682.6 meters and a main span of 106.20 meters. It is a steel truss girder cantilever bridge with a total of 19 holes. It is designed to follow the sample design of the Tolbek railway bridge connecting Paris and Orleans in the 13th district of Paris.  It was originally called Paul Doumer Bridge.
