Jing’an Sculpture Park, stretching over an area of 66,000 square
meters, is an exhibition place for public art in downtown
Shanghai. Vibrantly enhancing urban green space with public art
in the city center, the Park, with a wide variety of sculptures,
landscape designs and other art displays, has become a cultural
and recreational destination for residents in and visitors to
Shanghai. With the launch
of the 2012 Jing’an International Sculpture Project (JISP)
Shanghai China, the Park is promoting itself as an
internationally-renowned center for public art and a new
landmark of this metropolis. |
