Description: |

This Daoist temple is located in Old Town but it should not be
confused with the more popular tourist destination of Temple of
the City Gods. Charging RMB10 to enter, this Doaist temple was
originally built in 1863 in a different location, and moved here
in 2004. Come by to watch the incense-bearing worshippers and an
array of gilded Daoist deities. This is also the headquarters of
the Shanghai Daoist Association. |
